Sean McQuaid
Sean McQuaid is President of the firm Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & McQuaid, P.A. His practice areas include personal injury, car accidents, pedestrian accidents, bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, and wrongful death. Sean quickly made a name for himself after joining the firm as an associate in 2000. He became a shareholder in 2006 and a partner in 2013, making him the fastest-growing attorney in the firm’s 60-year history.

He has provided legal counsel for countless clients in personal injury, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, and wrongful death. Jonathon Douglas
Jonathan Douglas is a partner at Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & McQuaid, P.A. He practices personal injury, and insurance disputes. Jonathon takes pride in fighting to protect the rights of his clients. In addition, he prioritizes their recovery and well-being.
Before joining the firm, Jonathan worked as a Civil Trial Litigator at Hebert Law Group. He was also a previous partner at Goodis, Thompson & Miller, a top-tier insurance defense firm in St. Petersburg. He represented some of the largest insurance companies in Florida during his time there. From his experience, Jonathan is an expert in all insurance matters, from bodily injury to complex insurance litigation.
Jonathon now applies his insurance experience to help victims of personal injury cases. He also helps homeowners insurance policyholders recover benefits from property damage. Having inside knowledge and a first-hand account working with insurance companies allows Jonathon to win cases consistently. In addition, knowing what to anticipate from the other side is a strong suit that helps Jonathon successfully defend his clients.
