Founded by Anthony Battaglia in 1958, Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & McQuaid, P.A., is one of the oldest law firms on the west coast of Florida. Sean McQuaid and Jonathan Douglas are known for helping their clients and giving back to the community. Sean McQuaid is the President of the St. Petersburg Bar Association for 2020-21. He previously served as Chair of the City of St. Petersburg Nuisance Abatement Board, as President of the Harbor Isle Homeowner’s Association, and on the Executive Committee of the Suncoast Make-A-Wish Foundation. He previously served four years on the Sixth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission and several years on the Executive Committee of the Bar Association.
Jonathan Douglas is a member of multiple professional organizations dedicated to the improvement of the practice of law. He currently sits on the Sixth Circuit Grievance Committee.
